Building Services for the Estate & Private Clients

The Estate Yard is responsible for building and maintenance work throughout the Lockinge Estate. It has the expertise and facilities to undertake the construction of new properties, the conversion, extension and refurbishment of existing buildings and all types of general maintenance work.

The Estate Yard is able to undertake private commissions and offers the following services to the community:

• project management
• design, planning and preparation of building regulation drawings
• new build projects including domestic houses, extensions and garages
• conversions, alterations and refurbishment of existing properties
• property maintenance including roofing, internal and external redecoration
• bespoke joinery utilising a large workshop capable of undertaking all types and sizes of work, e.g. windows, pattern skirting boards, staircases, traditional front doors and gates
• access to a pool of proven sub contractors

Engineering facilities are also available for the repair and maintenance of agricultural equipment.
