Agricultural Property

Currently extending to someĀ 6,000 acres (2,430 hectares) the Estate has its roots in farming. The in hand operation is now limited in size and consists of a herd of traditionally bred Longhorn Cattle grazing the parkland areas. The remaining land is let on either Agricultural Holdings Act Tenancies or Farm Business Tenancies.

Extensive areas of woodland are carefully managed for timber and 150 acres (60 hectares) of community woodland open for public access is situated on the edge of Ardington village.

Farmland on the Estate very rarely becomes available. Nonetheless, you may wish to register your interest with the Estate Office.
